I'm being double charged on Order...
I'm being double charged on order #2386****. They tried to charge my first card three times after the initial charge, and it was denied.
They threatened to cancel the order, so I put in another card. Now it turns out there are two charges for the same item, and I'm stuck handling a dispute with the credit card companies.

Order that’s having issues for 2 months or more
- - No real customer service; only AI online reps.
- - Online order from months ago; no help; PVC glue paid for but not delivered.
They don't have a customer service you can talk to and help solve any problems. Only AI virtual reps online!
I've tried multiple times to talk with them regarding my order from a couple of months ago and nothing! No help, no PVC glue that I ordered and paid for three times now!
I would stay away from this company online. If you have a store, brick and mortar, they are okay, but do not order anything online from these guys unless you want to get screwed!

TOTALLY FRUSTRATED FROM INCOMPETENT TRANSACTION
- - Order July 1, 2026 for $52.48; payment deducted; promised 1-day delivery but never arrived; staff said contact bank; live chat failed.
I went to the West Marine Store in Norwalk and placed an order for Order Number: 2383****
Order Date: July 1, 2026
Total Order (1 Item): $52.48
The payment on my credit card was deducted from my card. I was informed that the order would be delivered in one day to my home address.
It never arrived. a MONTH LATER I called the store and they replied that the order was cancelled. I replied oh really but you deducted the money from my credit card. The response I received from the person in the store was "there is nothing we can do.
Talk to your bank". Duh! What how do you spell incompetent? I tried the live chat and clicked on the button but the chat function never opened.
West Marine is bad karma! Its has become so much worse that ever

It is a great name, I wasn't pissed before i called, but after I found out the service does not respond and tells you just go back to the chat room which does not chat on week end, now I'm PISSED, its no wonder the company is in trouble!!!
