bonjour , On July 23, I bought a Navionics chip for the Champlain Lake in the store in South Burlington (order ID 018501****) . Given there was none in the store, they offered me to ship it to my place.
The product arrived on time. However, the Lake chart that was sent to me did not have the Champlain lake which is the only lake we do boating. Since then I am trying to have it either refund or replace by the right product but no one is email / calling me back after several attempt . Request for this issue to be escalated on August 25 but still no response .
I am not satisfied with the customer service and would like to be called back so we can discuss the matter.

Corporate policy is corporate policy. Take it up with corporate, not the person at the register who has to deal with freak outs like yours most likely was.
